Stationary Workstation

In a warehouse there are many operations that require planning, disposition, data management and co

mmunication. storagement has several programs that support these operations, e.g. order and customer management, master data managent and operation control.

To use these function, no expensive and complicated user frontend devices are necessary. Thin clients or even simple PC's are sufficient since the whole graphical user interface (GUI) is written in JAVA and runs in a web browser. The business logic is located in the server software, only data entered or data to be displayed are being sent over the netwaork connection to the user frontend.
